As you all know, a 14 year old boy named Rajat s/o Mr Unnikrishnan (PKT 1, MIG) was murdered on 29th June in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 market. From the very beginning the police investigation was biased. Even though there were ample evidences and witnesses the police did not file an FIR or arrest the accused. After such heinous crime the culprits were roaming free fearless which is not possible without the help of local police. Police took action after peoples starts massive protest. It is our duty to ensure that the accused can not influence the eyewitnesses or the authorities concerned in future.

It is bitter truth that a nexus is operating in Mayur Vihar Phase 3 and distributing drugs through some pan shops. Most of the parks over here become a safe spot for anti social elements engaging in such illegal activities. This has become a threat to the harmony and well being of people and hence it is our duty to make sure that such activities do not thrive any further. Peoples vigilance is the only solution here.

To protest against this incident, to discuss above mentioned problems and to form an action council everyone is requested to assemble at Pocket A1, Pookalam park on Sunday, 3rd July at 3pm. This will be followed by a candle light march.
